David Bromelkamp, founder and CEO of Allodium Investment Consultants and member of the firm’s Executive Committee, has more than 35 years of investment management consulting experience. He advises both institutional and individual investors, is the author of "AdvisorSmart for the Individual Investor: Your Guide to Selecting a Financial Advisor to Get Better Financial Advice", and frequently speaks on fiduciary investment management for professional associations. He has taught courses for the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the Minnesota State Bar Association, as well as graduate finance courses at the University of St. Thomas as an adjunct instructor. In addition, he has served on the boards of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and Catholic Charities of St. Paul & Minneapolis and is a current member of the Planned Giving Committee at St. John’s University.
