Please read the information below regarding fees and payment requirements prior to summitting your ad.
Complete the form below to submit your classified ad. All ads will be processed within 3 business days, no ads will be processed over the weekend.
Deadlines
Online-only ad will be published within 3 business days.
If you are wishing to have your ad included in Footnote, submission deadslines are as follows:
- February/March - December 31
- April/May - February 28
- June/July - April 30

- August/September - June 30
- October/November - August 31
- December/Janaury - October 31
|
If submitting ad to be included in printed Footnote, there is a maximum of 300 words. MNCPA will reject submission and ask that you pare down job description if more than 300 words. For online-only ads, more than 300 words will be accepted.
Credit card payment is required at time of submission. A staff member of the MNCPA will contact you for this information.
- Estimates are not provided. To figure out your estimated fees, see advertising rate stated above.
- All fees are based on a 30-day or per publication issue submission. If posting in multiple months or publications be sure to multiply your total fees.
- Final charges will based on your submitted word count and you will be charged $1.50 per word, plus an insertion fee.
- Adverting rates are the same for both members and non-members of the MNCPA.
