Albert D. Spalding, CPA, JD, Ph.D., is a CPA, attorney, professor, author and ethicist. A common theme that weaves through his SpaldingCPE webinars and seminars is his passion for those who are just trying to get it right. Dr. Spalding has taught business and professional ethics, as well as tax and forensic accounting subjects, for 38 years in the graduate programs of the Mike Ilitch School of Business in Detroit, Michigan. He also worked as a tax law specialist at the Internal Revenue Service National Office, Washington, D.C. and in the tax departments of national and regional public accounting firms.
