BerganKDV has merged with Simma Flottemesch & Orenstein, Ltd. (SFO), located in Minneapolis. The partnership adds 20 new team members, including three new shareholders to BerganKDV and expands the firm’s breadth of expertise on their CPA Solution team.
William Mork & Company, Ltd. merged into Cummings, Keegan & Co., P.L.L.P. (CK&Co.), effective
Jan. 1, 2022. The merger adds five employees to the CK&Co. team and Bill Mork, CPA joins the partner group.
