Mary Frances Price, JD, is a shareholder at Moss & Barnett and has counseled and advised hundreds of clients on their estate, tax, and elder care plans. Her practice serves individuals and families establishing an estate plan, revising an existing estate plan, or dealing with the legal, medical and financial impacts of aging, chronic illness and disability. Mary Frances is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s elder law section. She is currently serving on the education committee and has served as chair, vice chair and treasurer of the section. Mary Frances is also on the board of directors for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and Public Policy Committee for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Minnesota Chapter. She has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyer list for her excellence in practice in 2012-2015 as a rising star and in 2019- 2023 as a Super Lawyer in elder law.
