Cory M. Parnell, CPA, is a principal and the chief executive officer of BGM. He has more than 30 years of experience advising business owners on strengthening their personal and business financial positions. Cory serves a wide range of clients, including all cannabis operators, professional service firms, manufacturers and distributors and retail businesses. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, cash management and treasury, bank financing, audit procedures, budgeting and forecasting, personal and corporate taxes, management advisory services, and strategic planning.
Cory has been involved in the cannabis industry since 2014. His technical and advisory services to cannabis clients ranges from minimizing the effects of IRS 280E, inventory management, inventory costing, cash management, and preparing financial statements.
