Stuart C. Bear, JD, is partner, shareholder and president of Chestnut Cambronne and holds a national reputation for providing the highest level of succession planning services for individuals and businesses. He is distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been designated a Minnesota Super Lawyer and one of the Top 40 Estate Planning Lawyers in Minnesota by Super Lawyers magazine. Stuart is a member of several Minnesota State Bar Association specialty sections, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and was recently elected to membership in The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. He is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars for attorneys, financial planners and community organizations and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota.
