CPE Conference and Seminar Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received at least four business days prior to an event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within three business days of the event and no CPE credit will be earned. Cancel online or by phone 952-831-2707, x1.

Substitutions

You may substitute an alternate registrant at any time. There is no transfer fee. However, you are responsible for any differences in the registration fee (i.e., substituting a non-member for a member). To make a substitution, please call us at 952-831-2707, x1.

Special needs

Notify the MNCPA at 952-831-2707, x1, or by email to ensure that any specific dietary requirements or other special needs are met.

Photo release

MNCPA or its contractors may photograph or videotape MNCPA events. Attendees agree to allow their image to be used in MNCPA publications, website and marketing materials. Images may also be shared with the media. Attendance at MNCPA events waives the MNCPA from liability resulting from these uses.
