The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act landed with new considerations for choosing a business entity, and additional considerations could be on the way. The tax rate for C Corporations was lowered to 21%, and the Section 199A deduction offered pass-through entities the chance to significantly lower their tax rate. But which choice is best for which business? Learn about the options so you can help clients who may want to re-examine their choice-of-entity determinations. Session will include any pertinent updates related to the infrastructure bill or other related, late-breaking tax developments.
