Gain guidance on navigating a mixed-generation workplace for enhanced teamwork and performance. Assess your current knowledge of the four generations in the workforce: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z. Examine the events that shaped each generations’ view of the work world. Discover tips for communicating and motivating members of each generation.
