V.J. Smith
V.J. Smith is a professional speaker and published author of “The Richest Man in Town,” “Jackrabbit Tales,” and “Can You Hear What I See?”. In 2007, he left his position as executive director of the South Dakota State University alumni association to pursue a career in professional speaking. Now he travels the country and makes more than 100 speaking appearances each year. In 2014, he was named a favorite speaker of meeting planners by Meeting and Conventions Magazine, and is a two-time finalist in Toastmasters’ International’s World Championship of Public Speaking.
