His primary focus is on sales and use tax as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, sourcing and technology. Mayer has a background in tax and accounting. He’s an active member of the local chapter of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and president of the board of directors at Pet Haven Inc. of Minnesota.
