Eric O. Grube, DBA, CPA, is an assistant professor of accounting at Concordia University, Saint Paul. In addition to teaching financial and managerial accounting, he coaches the next generation of aspiring accountants to be successful in the profession. He has written for the MNCPA Footnote on topics involving accounting, students’ perceptions of the profession, ways that CPA firms are connecting with accounting students through open house events, and how firms are using workplace volunteerism to embed employees.
