Jenifer J. Wyss, supervising project manager at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), spent 18 years in public accounting and has worked with manufacturing, distribution, professional service, technology and construction companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. She currently serves as the Private Company Council (PCC) coordinator and previously worked on a variety of other FASB projects, including the statement of cash flows, disclosure framework and several income tax projects.
