Ronald L Seigneur, MBA, CPA/ABV, CVA, ASA, is managing partner of Seigneur Gustafson LLP. He’s responsible for financial forensics, business and intellectual property valuation, practice management consulting and exit and succession planning services. Ron is also an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business where he teaches business appraisal classes. He’s a frequent speaker on professional practice issues, including succession planning, leadership, expert witness skills, cannabis industry matters, compensation and related topics. Ron has co-authored several books, including “Financial Valuations: Applications and Models,” “Reasonable Compensation: Applications and Analysis for Management,” “Valuation and Tax,” “The Cannabis Industry Accounting and Appraisal Guide,” and “Financial Expert Guide for Family Law Judges and Attorneys – Colorado Edition.”
