Francis J. Rondoni (Frank) is a Partner and Shareholder at Chestnut Cambronne PA. Mr. Rondoni has been a trial attorney and litigator for more than 40 years, with a diverse practice. Mr. Rondoni concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate and Trust Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Tort Litigation, and Business Representation. His Civil Trial work represents about 95% of his time.
Mr. Rondoni has also been a Criminal Prosecutor (5% of his time), for more than 30 years. Mr. Rondoni is a frequent lecturer on topics such as Estate Litigation, Fiduciary liability, Trial Tactics, Evidence, and Ethics. He has presented at many Continuing Education Courses for Attorneys, CPA’s and Trust Officers, including at the Heckerling Institute and ACTEC. Mr. Rondoni sits on the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF). He is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Hennepin County Bar Association, NAELA, and is the current President of the Suburban Hennepin County Prosecutors Association (SHCPA). Mr. Rondoni is an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell, and has been named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer Magazine.
Mr. Rondoni is a past member of the Parish Counsel and past Chair of the Capital Campaign for Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Medina, Minnesota. Mr. Rondoni is currently a member of the Finance Committee at Holy Name Church and is a former Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors for Benilde St. Margaret High School. Mr. Rondoni has received both the Volunteer Service Award and the Red Knight Honor Award from Benilde St. Margaret High School. Mr. Rondoni has most recently been appointed as a Trustee for Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Medina, Minnesota, by the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
