Kris N. Blackburn, CPA, has served as controller for the South Washington County School District since August 2014. Prior to her current position, Blackburn worked as a contracted business manager for several Minnesota charter schools and spent more than 14 years in public accounting performing audits of school districts and other governmental entities. In addition, she has provided audit-focused training to both auditors and school district personnel.
