Ashley Sullivan, CCSP, oversees MS Consultant’s operations in the Virginia office, where she works directly with practice leaders to support business development. She has participated in over 8,000 cost segregation studies since 2004 and is a recognized leader in the cost segregation field. Her other areas of concentration include repair vs. capitalization analyses and fixed asset reviews. Prior to joining MS Consultants, Ashley amassed over 8 years of experience in the cost segregation industry. She participated in the production of The Practical Guide to Cost Segregation, published by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer business) and has been involved in creating software to help the cost segregation industry go paperless. Ashley has lectured on cost segregation and tangible property regulations for accounting firms and serves as the vice president and co-chair of the conference committee for the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. She is a member and active participant of the Virginia State Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Association (HRACRE), the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Richmond Apartment Owners Association (RAOA).
