Dan Kidney is a director in Wipfli’s state and local tax practice and has over 20 years of state and local tax (SALT) experience. Kidney has served both Fortune 100 multinationals and small businesses and has deep expertise across a broad range of SALT topics, but primarily focuses on income/franchise tax issues. While he has a passion for writing and speaking about cutting-edge technical SALT concepts, Kidney especially enjoys explaining those concepts in plain language to businesses and their owners to help them solve problems and to make their lives easier.
