Sarah understands the difficulties firms encounter recruiting and retaining employees in the accounting industry. She pursued the role of Director of Human Resources after honing her accounting skills, advising clients as a client manager and ascending to the rank of director. Sarah has become the firm’s de facto culture leader, transforming a stereotypically mundane accounting work environment into a thriving workplace that has recently been recognized as one of the best in Minnesota. She has also taken the lead on culture initiatives at Redpath and Company to help ensure continued employee engagement and sustainable recruiting practices. She has been the main driver of documented career path models, processes and assessment tools to provide vision and guidance for employees looking to make partner (and a long-term career) at Redpath.
