Paul Jevnick is managing director and co-founder of Northborne Partners. He has 30 years of professional deal-making experience, first as a transaction attorney at large law firms in California and Minnesota, and then as an investment banker. Paul has completed deals for more than 100 privately held clients, with a depth of experience in the consumer and industrial sectors. Prior to Northborne, Paul led the Middle Market M&A Consumer Team at BMO Capital Markets, which specialized in the areas of food, consumer products, retail, e-commerce and restaurants. Prior to BMO’s acquisition of Greene Holcomb Fisher (GHF) in 2016, Paul was a partner at GHF where he focused his practice on the sale of private companies owned by entrepreneurs, families and private equity firms, as well as the divestiture of business units by corporate clients. Paul received a JD from Cornell Law School in 1991 and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988.
