David Kenney, JD, is an assistant legal counsel with the legal/special investigations division in the Minnesota Office of the State Auditor (OSA). He has been a member of the OSA Legal Compliance Task Force since 1984. Kenney is also a frequent presenter at MNCPA conferences.
