Alan W. Anderson is the founder of ACCOUNTability Plus LLC, a Minneapolis-based firm that helps auditors exceed client expectations through operational efficiency and effectiveness. He has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, previously serving as managing principal of accounting and assurance services at LarsonAllen LLP and as partner and national director of audit at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Anderson’s background also includes time spent as senior vice president of member and public interest for the AICPA. During his tenure, he oversaw the AICPA’s technical audit and accounting standards and chaired the AICPA Assurance Services Executive Committee for six years.
