Add MNCPA as a Safe Sender

If you believe that your email provider (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) is blocking some MNCPA emails from being delivered to your inbox, do not fret! There are some steps you can take. Ensuring MNCPA emails are delivered means you will not miss out on important messages including:

  • Webinar login instructions
  • CPE confirmations and invoices
  • CPA certification updates and alerts
  • Membership renewal notices

Click on your email provider below to see step by step instructions for adding MNCPA to your safe senders list. We promise the steps are easy!

Outlook / Hotmail

  1. Go to the "..." in the header bar to open more options
  2. Go to "Junk"
  3. Select "Junk E-mail Options"
  4. Go to the "Safe Senders" tab and click the "Add" button
  5. Enter and click "OK"
  6. Click the "Add" button again and enter and click "OK"
  7. Click "Apply" and then click "OK"


  1. Go to your Google Contacts at
  2. At the top left, click "Create contact"
  3. Click "Create multiple contacts"
  4. Copy and paste this line of email addresses into the available space:;;;

  5. Click "Create"


  1. Click on the "Contacts" icon in the upper right corner below your name
  2. Go to the "All" tab and at the very bottom of the screen, select "+ Add a new contact"
  3. For First Name, use "MNCPA" or some other name that will identify these emails as coming from the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
  4. Enter these email addresses. Use the "+ Add email" to add each additional email address.
  5. Click "Save"
