Exhibit and sponsorship fees

Exhibit booth — $1,850* ($2,050 after Sept. 15)

Sponsored Session + exhibit booth - $5,500 (MAX. 5)

  • 10' x 10' exhibit booth, including covered table and two chairs.
  • Two passes to exhibit for company representatives
  • Opportunity to enjoy all breaks and lunches (two staff members)
  • Plus, two tickets to attend happy hour
  • Post-conference attendee list, including emails
  • Company logo and information on conference website.

Deadlines:
Sept. 1, 2026 — to be included in brochure.
Oct. 1, 2026 — to be included in program.

*Fees increase $200 after Sept. 15, 2026

  • 10' x 10' exhibit booth, plus electrical services.
  • Provide a CPE educational session. Cannot be a sales pitch.
  • Full-page ad in conference program.
  • Mention in pre-event emails (dependent on commitment date).
  • Social media post promoting session.
  • Digital retargeting campaign to generate a guaranteed 15,000 impressions.
  • Opportunity to author an article to be posted on the MNCPA website and shared with members.
  • 30-second pre-recorded commercial to be during conference.
  • Digital banner ad — conference streaming platform.

Note: All sponsored session topics must be approved by the MNCPA Tax Conference Task Force prior to final approval and committment from the MNCPA.

  • Lunch - $2,000, includes half-page ad in program. Plus, opportunity to set one item out at attendee place setting. (Max. 2)
  • Coffee break - $2,500, includes full-page ad in program. 
  • Happy hour - $1,500, includes quarter-page ad in program. (Max. of 3 sponsors)
  • Lanyard - $500 - company to provide lanyards, includes half-page ad in program.
  • Highlighter - $500 - company to provide highlighters, includes quarter-page ad in program

  • Quarter page ad (3.625" x 4.875" portrait) - $200 or $375 for a non-exhibitor/sponsor
  • Half-page ad (7.5" x 4.875" horizontal) - $300 or $475 for non-exhibitor/sponsor
  • Full-page ad (8.5" x 11" with 1/4" bleed portrait) - $500 or $675 for non-exhibitor/sponsor

Registration and payment information: Payment is due at time of registraiton. Exhibit space and sponsorships will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. Non-payment could result in loss of exhibitor space availability to participate at MNCPA events. The MNCPA does not issue refunds. The MNCPA reserves the right to restrict or limit the number of exhibits from a specific industry.
