Pulse Survey results guiding MNCPA offerings in 2021

| February/March 2021 Footnote

Editor's note: Updated February 1, 2021

Since the start of the pandemic, the MNCPA has sent multiple Pulse Surveys to determine how COVID-19 is impacting your business. We also wanted to know what you needed from us during this uncertain time.

The results show the pandemic has been disruptive to many members’ firms, businesses and organizations. That said, 94% of respondents reported the MNCPA has met or exceeded expectations during the pandemic. To continue supporting you in 2021, we’re implementing the following programs — exclusively for members — based on your feedback.

You said: Offer guidance for managing stress.

Our response: New wellness webinars were added to our free, members-only virtual offerings. One webinar focused on caring for the well-being of your employees, while the second focused on caring for yourself. These webinars are archived on our website and more will be offered in the near future.

You said: Expand free CPE offerings.

Our response: You bet! We’re committed to offering you free, quality CPE to enhance your professional development. Check out mncpa.org/freecpe throughout the year and keep an eye on your email for free CPE announcements.

You said: Continue building virtual programs and providing updates.

Our response: The survey, as well as your emails and evaluations, have helped us determine which programs to continue offering into the new year. Popular 2020 resources included our Virtual Leadership Series, COVID-19 hot topics and updates from the MNCPA’s government relations director, Geno Fragnito. Be on the lookout for more of these in 2021!
