Caroline Cochran

Caroline Cochran, PhD is a Leadership Development Coach and Consultant and founder of TransformAble Coaching and Consulting LLC in Minneapolis. After earning a BA in economics from Northwestern University, Caroline went on to earn an MA and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a supporting program in Measurement/Statistics from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She has spent nearly 30 years consulting with both private- and public-sector organizations. As a consultant, Caroline has developed a deep understanding of the organizational systems that support leadership development which she leverages as a coach and facilitator with both individual clients and teams. Her approach is grounded in the belief that when we access inner presence and resilience, cultivate awareness, nurture self-compassion and make intentional choices, we embody an infinitely more powerful type of leadership. This is what she calls leading from the inside out.
