Technical support information is different for each self-study sponsor. Please select your sponsor below.

AICPA

  • To access course material and exams, please follow instructions in the confirmation email from the AICPA. If you did not receive the email, please contact MNCPA customer service at 952-831-2707.
  • If you have trouble accessing your self-study product or final exam, contact AICPA at 919-402-4135 or send an email to sschannel@aicpa.org. Phones are staffed from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central Time.

Surgent

  • To download course material, go to www.surgentcpe.com, click 'Access My CPE' and select 'My Self-Study.' Where prompted, enter your serial number and click submit. Serial numbers can be found in your emailed confirmation from Surgent. Click 'Download Course Material.' Instructions for download will appear on the screen. For on-demand webcasts (If applicable), click 'Watch Webcast Now' to start viewing your self-study course.
  • To take the final exam, go to www.surgentcpe.com, click 'Access My CPE and select 'My Self-Study.' Where prompted, enter your serial number and click submit. Serial numbers can be found in your emailed confirmation from Surgent. Click 'Take Final Exam' and enter your name and email address to start the test. Upon completion, your results will appear on the screen and your CPE certificate will be emailed to you. You must earn a grade of 70% or better to pass.
  • If you have trouble accessing your self-study product or final exam, contact Surgent at 1-800-778-7436 or send an email to info@surgent.com. Phones are staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time on Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Time on Friday.
