John R. Katzmark, CPA, is an independent consultant with a primary focus on Not-for-Profit organizations and small private companies. He has over 30 years experience in senior financial management positions with large public financial service organizations and is very involved in the community serving as a Board of Director member for numerous Not-for-Profit organizations. Prior to being an independent consultant, John was CFO of a large Minneapolis based Not-for-Profit organization with a focus on education, affordable housing and social enterprise. His specialty areas include financial management reporting, Not-for-Profit accounting management and ethical issues finance professionals confront during their careers. John is a member of the Not-for-Profit Section of the AICPA.
