Larry Morgan, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, has been the voice behind the MNCPA HR Hotline for more than 10 years. He has more than 40 years of HR experience and is a regular presenter on HR issues. Larry has been quoted in numerous publications, written multiple articles on current HR and employment-related issues and recently co-authored a book on international HR issues. He also instructs HR and business professionals at the University of Minnesota and St. Mary’s University. Larry is the owner of Orion HR Group, LLC which specializes in compensation consulting. In 2022, Larry was presented with the Friend of the Profession Award by the MNCPA for his work with members regarding HR issues.
