Leita Hart-Fanta, CPA, CGFM, is the founder of Yellowbook-CPE.com, a training and development company designed specifically for governmental auditors. Since 1995, she has authored and taught more than 20 seminars targeted at CPAs and governmental auditors. Hart-Fanta is the author of The Yellow Book Interpreted and Implementing the New Risk Assessment SASs -- self-study manuals for CPAs. She includes among her clients the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, the Texas State Auditor's Office and the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers.
