After 40+ years in industry, Kay retired from Medtronic in October 2020 where she was a Director of Global Transfer Pricing with responsibility for policy and strategy. Professional affiliations include MN CPA and the Minnesota Chapter of Tax Executives Institute (TEI). The accounting profession was very rewarding and important to me.
Over the years, I had opportunity to give back to the broader accounting/tax community through teaching. I co-taught the Transfer Pricing class for the Master's in Business Taxation Program at the University of MN and taught beginning accounting classes at Metro State University. I am very passionate about helping others be successful in their careers.
