Tracy Droessler, CPA, MBA, is the Managing Director of Tralyndro Consulting & Owner of Stockmen’s Greenhouse & Garden Center. She specializes in merger and acquisition integrations, performance improvement projects, and the design and implementation of critical business processes and technologies. For the past 15 years, Ms. Droessler has worked with companies whose business processes, systems and documentation failed to keep pace with the dynamic growth of their business. Establishing a scalable foundation upon which the company can continue to grow and expand, Ms. Droessler has helped these companies standardize and streamline back office accounting and financial reporting processes, modify financial systems to capture and report meaningful information, and create process documentation and training for finance, sales and operations teams. Ms. Droessler has served in several interim management roles including VP of Finance & Accounting, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Corporate Controller. Prior to 2011, Ms. Droessler worked for leading business consulting and restructuring firm Alvarez & Marsal where she helped companies improve operating performance and profitability.
