During this two-part CFO series, focus on skills to help you and your organization effectively handle what’s ahead. Explore ‘big picture’ mega-trends and how they impact your organization’s internal processes, ethical decision-making and team responsibilities. As new currency technologies continue to make headway, gain perspective on the systems and technical aspects of cryptocurrencies and blockchain. CFOs are often called upon to mitigate challenging company dynamics, including office politics and problem personalities. Learn to navigate these difficult conversations while delving into the root cause of the issue.
